I'm going to be honest with you. I am concerned about the focus of childbirth classes. Even mine. We tend to discuss what parents are most concerned about: pain and when to go to the hospital. And I get that. Those are important and valid worries to address. In class, we spend a lot of time on these things because that is what parents came to class wanting to learn.
