Types of Classes We Offer:

 
 

GROUP LAMAZE CLASSES - $195

Our 8 hour, 1-Day PREPARING FOR BABY: PREGNANCY, BIRTH & HOME Classes Cover: 

  • Pregnancy comfort, nutrition, and safety
  • Picking a care provider and place of birth
  • Labor Pain - Why and what to do about it
  • Different kinds of birth (non-medicated, medicated, induction, cesarean)
  • The natural process of birth
  • Coping strategies and the role of a partner
  • The role of interventions and how to decide which ones to use
  • After the birth: what to keep in mind - healing, caring for baby, and breastfeeding.

Parents expecting multiples can stay for an extra free hour of discussion and education.

Registrants for this class also receive handouts, a workbook, and complimentary review videos to watch at home!

A $60.00 nonrefundable deposit is due to hold your spot in the class. The remaining balance is due by the first day of class.

PRIVATE LAMAZE CLASS - $250 - $350

Schedule your private class sessions at times that are convenient for you. The class curriculum is customizable based on what you want to learn and your concerns and expectations.

A $100 nonrefundable deposit due to hold your private sessions and the remaining balance is due before your first class.

Classes are between 4-8 hours.  Most people choose to complete a class in one day, over a weekend, or over the course of any our days you choose and we can accommodate.

A 6-8 hour private comprehensive class is $350. This class covers everything a group class covers but is customized for you. It can also encompass newborn sleep education and/or breastfeeding. You can have as many family members join as you'd like. If you are having multiples, we'd suggest this class to cover premie care and other special circumstances.

A private fast-course class is up to 4 hours for $250. This class covers childbirth and early newborn and postpartum care. You can have as many family members join as you'd like. This class is ideal as a refresher or to supplement a hospital birth class.

The 2-Hour Class is up to 2 hours for $75. Do you just have specific questions or want to run something by an objective person? Or maybe you just want to talk through a few topics related to pregnancy, birth or postpartum. Our two-hour coaching/class session would be perfect for you. We can meet at your home, over coffee, or over video conference to discuss whatever is on your mind. 


PRIVATE VIRTUAL LAMAZE CLASS - $200

Schedule your virtual class sessions at times that are convenient for you. The class curriculum is customizable based on what you want to learn and your concerns and expectations.

Be sure to have: A computer, internet connection, a microphone, and camera.

$200 for 4 hours of class time.  $100.00 deposit is required to hold your scheduled private sessions and the remaining balance will be due prior to the first session.
