Have a Positive Birth

Birth is transformational. For you, for your partner, and for your baby. And as with any transformative experience, it comes with expectations, a learning curve, and mixed emotions.

Our childbirth classes prepare you for the physical and the emotional. We inform you about your options, show you how to manage your labor and the pain, teach your support team how to assist you, and help you prepare for all types of situations and choices.

Have a positive birth experience. Take a Lamaze class and be ready for the big day and all that is to come!

About Your Instructor

Hi! I'm Jamie, Your Lamaze Certified Childbirth Instructor...

I have been where you are. Being pregnant with twins was the most exciting and scary time of my life. And it raised so many questions for my husband and myself. Did we have to have a c-section? Should we be induced? Did I have to have an epidural? How bad is the pain?

We decided to take a childbirth class, and it opened our eyes to the possibilities of birth. We found out that there are lots of choices you can make for yourself and your babies. My husband learned how to support me, and we both learned how to communicate our wishes to our birth team constructively and productively.

Our birth experience was a positive one. It was the day I met my beautiful girls and fell more deeply in love with my husband.

I wish for all parents to have a positive birth day and that is why I decided to become a Lamaze educator. I love seeing the changes that take place during class. Expecting parents go from worried to excited and confident in their choices and abilities.

You know more than you think you do and you have more strength and power than you realize.

Let's explore what's possible and prepare for this special day together.
