I'm Jamie, a childbirth educator, birth doula, and mom of twins. Although I am not a therapist, I have a masters in social work and spent a good amount of my career working in the mental health field. I am also someone who suffered from prenatal and postpartum anxiety and have been working with anxious couples around their fears of birth for years. And, I have seen the difference between parents who embrace the three steps I outline and those that do not.
